I recently retained Lacasse Construction as my contractor for major exterior renovations to my building at 420 Fitzgerald in Courtenay. I found Lacasse Construction to be very professional, knowledgable and well organized both during the preliminary stages of developing a plan and budgeting right through to completion. Once construction began everything was in place ensuring a smooth uninterrupted work flow. One of my main concerns was disrupting the building tenants and their businesses during construction. Lacasse Construction worked with all of them about time lines and keeping access clear to mitigate any concerns. All of the tenants commented on how polite and helpful the Lacasse crew was.
