Todd Warren was born and raised in Victoria. Todd is a Red Seal carpenter and has been working in the construction industry for over 16 years managing a variety of residential, commercial and institutional projects.
Todd takes pride in being hardworking but keeping the mood light. Todd thrives on planning and organizing, problem solving, and architectural concrete.
