Our Process

A Better Way To Build

Designed to exceed expectations, our formula for success is built on active participation in every phase of a project, from initial consultation to long after completion. Following in the footsteps of founder Rick Lacasse, our engaging and personal process produces results and relationships that last a lifetime.

1. Consultation

The consultation phase involves a preliminary site meeting, allowing our team to establish an understanding of each client’s unique goals and objectives. An in-depth consultation period results in an initial proposal that anticipates every component of a project, before it even begins.

2. Concept and Team Building

We’ve perfected our process because of our people. Lacasse Construction leverages its relationships to develop concepts that meet the requirements for quality and constructability. Bringing together trusted architects, designers, engineers, and stakeholders allows our team to develop budgets, schedules, and designs that we have confidence in.

3. Permitting and Planning

Active participation in every phase of the process means submitting development and building permits on behalf of our clients. With a team of experienced professionals in place, the pre-construction process ensures that project milestones and deliverables are aligned with end-goals.

4. Construction

Full-service construction means that project management is at the core of what we do. We collaborate with highly-experienced trade contractors, partners, and suppliers to ensure our shared vision is realized, on time and within budget. We compromise nothing and prioritize communication and quality.

5. Post-Construction

What happens after completion is a critical consideration for any residential, commercial, or remediation project. Our mandate is to leave our clients feeling confident and at ease, long after construction is complete. This process includes maintenance manuals, warranty documents, and a series of scheduled check-ins throughout the first year post-construction.
