The Lacasse team was engaged at an early stage of the project in order to identify and interview potential design teams for the client. Prior to leading the construction, Lacasse supported the complex development permit application process, which was required based on the steep slope aspects of the home, perched on the bluffs above Comox Bay.
The mediterranean-influenced home renovation included a hand-finished smooth stucco exterior, a unique multi-level floor plan, and extensive built-in millwork throughout the home.
