Lacasse Construction was brought on board to complete the interior buildout of a state-of-the-art dental clinic including eight operatories and a contemporary reception area. The client engaged Lacasse to collaborate with the specialty dental providers and build out the construction team.
Lacasse was responsible for planning, budgeting and construction of the project.
The mixed-use commercial and residential nature of this building required liaising with the building owner to mitigate challenges. The clinic was designed to allow for expansion into the future and incorporated a moss wall, as well as a mix of wood, concrete and glass.
