The Lacasse team was engaged to lead renovations to allow for a more intimate banking experience. Renovations included full upgrades to structural, mechanical, and electrical systems, complete with new finishings, flooring, millwork, glass walls, and a separate insurance area.
As a bank, daily operations could not be impacted by construction. Lacasse was able to achieve this by doing the work in phases to ensure easy, secure access for CCCU staff and their clientele. Detailed planning allowed for the project to happen seamlessly while ensuring that high levels of security were maintained
