The Lacasse team was engaged to lead the remediation of a building originally constructed in 1976. The building exterior had reached the end of its serviceable life span and Lacasse worked with a building envelope consultant to complete plans for a new exterior with life safety updates.
Lacasse worked with the client to deliver an exterior remediation of a 33-unit apartment building and led the permitting process for both development and building permits. Remediation included structural upgrades, the building envelope, windows, doors, cladding, deck surfaces, and railings. The challenges of working on a fully-occupied building were effectively managed by the Lacasse team to ensure successful completion.
