Lacasse Construction was engaged by the client to deliver a full-scale exterior and interior remediation of a fully-occupied, 74-unit apartment building. Remediation was required throughout the entire building which had deteriorated over time due to a failing building envelope.
The building had suffered significant structural damage, and had to be lifted and leveled prior to reframing. Remediation included hazardous material abatement, structural upgrades, the building envelope, windows, doors, cladding, deck surfaces, and railings.
